I had a small study group with a couple of friends, where we meet once or twice a week to study/ discuss and program different mathematical equations like 3D representation, simulating sunbeams for ray tracing a perfect image, trying to understand kvant physics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) which fascinated me. Writing a program that simulate the brain and teach it to learn different skills like recognizing features in an image. In 96'​ I was employed at NEWTEC, a leading manufacturer of machinery for the fruit and vegetable industry, to create a system for real time optical quality grading / sorting based on AI. This is a long and fascinating story in itself, but the result was a state-of-the-art system for potatoes sorting that still today is the leading system with the best software ( if you ask me ). From the Millennium and on the big buzz word was Robots, so in 2003 I quit my good job at NEWTEC and started the company MPN with a some friends. Here we designed and produced our own robots, the roboStacker, that is used in the food industry for the end-of-line handling. In 2010 I joined A-One Packaging as a partner, to produce casepacking machines for the food industry. A-One was sold in 2016 and now I am back on software development and data analysis as a trendlogger, with my new "thing"​ trendlog.io, check it out. A-One Packaging ApS
